You have the following means to report any possible breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or of the regulations that develop it:

• Via the INMOCEMENTO website and, where appropriate, the websites of other Group companies.
• By e-mail, to the address canaletico@ inmocemento.es
• Additionally, verbally: By telephone / voice messaging through the telephone number provided, where appropriate, in each of the companies of the Inmocemento Group.
• By face-to-face meeting, within a maximum period of seven days from the informant's request.

Details of the informant: name and surname (it is recommended that the report be made by name, although anonymous communications are accepted), contact telephone number and e-mail address, location and country, and the preferred time for contact from the Compliance Department. Category of the complaint or query: it must be indicated whether the reason for the communication is a matter of harassment at work, sexual or gender-based harassment; money laundering; corruption; conflict of interest; defence of Competition; environmental safety; or any other matter contrary to INMOCEMENTO's Code of Ethics and Conduct and/or INMOCEMENTO's Compliance Model. Communication of the alleged irregularity or non-compliance: relevant information must be provided with the description and detail of the specific facts, indicating where they have occurred, dates and persons involved. Depending on the means of communication used, it is recommended that additional files and/or documents be attached.
