Types of data which are subject to the processing Identification data (name and surname), contact data (e-mail, postal address, telephone number, etc.), and other data provided through forms or by sending e-mails to the Entity.
Purposes/Lawfulness of processing

Processing of requests and queries initiated by the data subject contacting the Entity via contact e-mail or telephone number.

GDPR: 6.1 a) Consent given by the User (including a clear affirmative action, by the User addressing himself/herself to the Entity).
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing an email to protecciondedatos@fcc.es
clearly identifying your request and providing a document duly proving your identity.

Storage limitation Your data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the development of the aforementioned purposes or until consent is withdrawn. However, the Entity may need to keep said data for a longer period in order to be able to meet the liabilities arising from its processing during the limitation period of the actions that may arise from it, as well as, where appropriate, for the exercise or defence of claims. The Entity undertakes to process and collect personal data: In a lawful, loyal and transparent manner, in an appropriate, pertinent manner and limited to what is necessary, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of your data and, for the necessary time.
Recipients Your data may be transferred to companies of the FCC Group for the purposes of article 42 of the Spanish Commercial Code and, specifically, the companies listed in the notes to the latest consolidated annual accounts of Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. published on the website www.fcc.es.
Some of the aforementioned companies (or those subcontracted by the FCC Group) may be located outside the European Economic Area or in a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the European Commission - thus producing an International Transfer (ITD). Such an IDT will be regularised with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or the conditions of Article 49 GDPR), ensuring the security of your data and exclusively for the same purposes as above.

Data subjects' rights The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection and other rights contemplated in the applicable regulations, by sending a letter identified with the reference ‘Data Protection’ to protecciondedatos@fcc.es. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
